| Matías is a founding partner of LeadGate. He is currently serving as President of Pluna S.A. Matías has extensive expertise in restructurings, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Parmalat Uruguay, Uruguay's second largest dairy company, acquired by LeadGate from Parmalat Spa from Italy. He also has vast experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, in which he successfully founded and managed several companies in the U.S. and Europe. Before founding LeadGate, Matías worked for Alcoa, where he held managerial positions in Germany and England and for CEPA, one of Argentina's leading meat exporters. He holds a BA degree in Finance and Economics from Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University. |

| Sebastián is a founding partner of LeadGate. He is currently a member of Pluna's board of directors and Chief Commercial Officer of Pluna S.A.. Before Pluna, he successfully co-headed Parmalat Uruguay's turnaround. Before joining LeadGate, Sebastián worked for management consultancy firm McKinsey & Co. in Europe, focusing on corporate finance and leading cost reduction projects, post-merger integrations and strategy developments in the banking, logistics and automotive sectors. He also worked in investment banking for Goldman Sachs in New York, and in operations management at Citibank Argentina and Procter & Gamble. Sebastián is an Industrial Engineer from Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires and holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School. |

| Patricio is an Associate at LeadGate. He currently leads the firm's origination team. Prior to joining LeadGate, he worked for management consulting firm Bain & Co. in South America, focusing on customer segmentation, value proposition development, corporate strategy, consumer finance and M&A in the telecommunications, autoparts, tobacco, wholesale and private equity industries. He has also worked at CMS Energy and Repsol-YPF. Within these companies, he served as a business development analyst and as a trader. Prior to joining LeadGate, he worked for Merrill Lynch in its Investment Banking division, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt transactions for transportation and infrastructure companies, primarily in North and Latin America. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management and CERES in Uruguay. Within these companies, he served as Investment Consultant and Research Analyst. During that time, he focused on financial institutions, and on other industries such as agribusiness, consumer goods, transportation, and energy.
